Anderson & Co is a long established firm, founded in 1873 by Thomas Anderson.  As a family owned firm we pride ourselves in a personal service and a great attention to detail.

Anderson's produce an extensive range of classically styled garments for adults and children in genuine Shetland wool renowned for its softness and warmth.  We also stock a wide range of accessories including traditional Fair Isles, lightweight lace, seamless Shetland sweaters and chunky hand knitted ski sweaters.  Also in stock are spinning wheels, patterns, wool and knitting books.

The 'Shetland Lady' which appears on all our knitwear is the Shetland knitwear trade association's official trademark.  She guarantees the authenticity of our garments, made from genuine Shetland wool.
